Picnic:
Group agreed that picnic was a success. Discussed possibility of holiday pot luck. Neil will send out email on potluck ideas.
Crime Report:
Officer Deary reported 4 auto burglaries with 2 attempts, 2 home burglaries and a lot of disorderly juveniles, as well as a suspicious person. Call 893-7780 to report a suspicious person in the neighborhood. Officer Deary also gave out his office number (551-3182)

Yard Sale:
Location? Green space or Roberts Center, no electricity on green space, pay for space at Roberts
Date? October 17 from 8-2pm
Advertising: by newspaper, craig’s list and flyers (created by Maria)
Fee? Possible to charge for space and give a membership in return, $10 agreed upon for space, $15 if you want membership included
Clean up necessary for green space?
Food? Only neighborhood association to sell food/beverages, must check with Parks Dept to see if food sales is allowed
Membership:
Will it be for a calendar year, a year from purchase, or by school year? School year (august-august)
Elections:
Discussed possibility of having a board of directors, went over legal process of changing to board from specific officers,
Grants:
talked about city grants and how they are obtained, find out what is involved, from Diana’s past research, we don’t have enough people involved, need at least 20 people

Assigning board members to areas for meet and greets to recruit new members
News:
Euclid Post Office might close, fill out post cards to help keep open
Treasurer’s report:
As of the last meeting we had $1173, our expenses for the picnic and new meeting signs were $421.14 and a deposit of $60.00 was made. This brings our new total to $811.86.
