RE: Board of Adjustment Applications for October 20, 2006

Dear Chairman and the Board of Adjustment and Members and Neighborhood/Business Association Representative(s):

On behalf of the Administration and the Board of Adjustment, we welcome your participation related to the cases scheduled for public hearing and executive action before the Board of Adjustment (BOA). To facilitate your review of the case, we are providing the attached preliminary list of applications scheduled for the BOA public hearing on Friday, October 20, 2006 in City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 175 Fifth Street North, beginning at 9AM. Applications processed as “In-House” approvals, pursuant to Section 29-115 of the City Code, will be effective on Friday, October 6, 2006 unless a formal appeal is filed before the effective date.

The Association met at the First Alliance Church, 5000 10th St. N. St. Petersburg at 7:00 p.m. Those in attendance: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary, 18 members and 2 guest speakers. The meeting was called to order by President Terry Smith at 7:10 p.m. The prayer and pledge were led by President Terry Smith.

Secretary Pat Cunningham read the minutes of the August 22, 2006 meeting with no corrections or additions. Minutes accepted as read.

Treasurer Dean Bolvin read the financial report with $498.45 in the checking account.

The Association met at the First Alliance Church, 5000 10th St. N. St. Petersburg at 6:00 p.m. for a pot luck supper and meeting to follow at 7:00 p.m.

Those in attendance were the, President and Secretary, 25 members and 8 guest speakers.

The meeting was called to order by the President Terry Smith at 7:05 p.m.

The prayer and pledge were led by President Terry Smith.

Secretary Pat Cunningham read the minutes of the July 25, 2006 meeting with no corrections
or additions. Motion by Randy Emerick to accept minutes as read, motion passed.

Treasurer Dean Bolvin absent for surgery and President Smith read the financial report with $498.45 in the checking account.

ST. PETERSBURG -- Members of the Euclid Heights Neighborhood Association can be thankful for one thing: The struggling association is batting a thousand on its grant requests.

Potluck & Neighborhood Meeting - August 22nd

Hi neighbors! Please join us at the Euclid Heights Neighborhood Association Potluck and General Meeting this August! Social hour starts at 6:00pm and dinner at 6:30pm.

The membership meeting follows dinner. Its a great time to get together and socialize with your neighbors. Remember to bring your own place setting, your beverage of choice, and a dish to share. Hope to see you there!! First Alliance Church, 5000 10th Street North.

The Association met at the First Alliance Church, 5000 10th St. N. St. Petersburg at 7:00 p.m.

Those in attendance were the, vice president, secretary and treasurer, 32 members and 4 guest speakers.

The Pledge and prayer were led by Pastor Terry Smith.

The meeting was called to order by the vice president Terry Smith at 7:05 p.m.

Terry Smith presented Ronda Gish's resignation of president, she moved away.

Secretary Pat Cunningham read the minutes of the June 27, 2006 meeting with correction of the mayor's phone number.

Treasurer Dean Bolvin read the financial report with $453.45 in the checking account and the report will be filed with the minutes.

Treasurer Dean Bolvin read the financial report with $393.45 in the checking account and the report will be filed with the minutes.

The Police representatives for our association did not make the meeting.
