Regular Monthly Meeting

The Association met at the First Alliance Church, 5000 10th St. N. St. Petersburg at 7:00 p.m.

Those in attendance: President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary, 13 members and 4 guest speakers.

The meeting was called to order by President Terry Smith at 7:10 p.m.

The pledge and prayer were led by President Terry Smith.

In a recent article, the St. Petersburg Times gives voice to a union official's position that the authorized level of police in the city of St. Petersburg is too low, based on a comparison of the number of officers to city population and similar ratios of other major Florida cities.

The Association met at the First Alliance Church, 5000 10th St. N. St. Petersburg at 7:00 p.m. Those in attendance: President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary, 8 members and 4 guests. The meeting was called to order by President Terry Smith at 7:05 p.m. The prayer and pledge were led by President Smith.

Secretary Pat Cunningham read the minutes of the November 28, 2006 meeting with addition of Diana Fusco on the Christmas committee. Minutes accepted with correction. There was no meeting in December 2006.

Treasurer Dean Bolvin read the financial report with $502.95 in the checking account. The Association made a donation of $150.00 to the Church for the years use of the meeting room.

Secretary Pat Cunningham read the minutes of the October 24, 2006 meeting with no corrections or additions. Minutes accepted as read.

Treasurer Dean Bolvin read the financial report with $667.95 in the checking account.

Euclid Heights Neighborhood Receives Up and Coming Neighborhood Award!

More than 200 attendees in the Mahaffey Theater's atrium heard officials dispense about 20 awards this past Monday. Among the winners, Euclid Heights was recognized as an Up and Coming Neighborhood! Congrats too all!! View the St.
