October 23, 2007

The Association met at the First Alliance Church, 5000 10th St. N. St. Petersburg at 7:00 p.m.
Those in attendance: President, 14 members and 2 guests.

The meeting was called to order by President Terry Smith at 7:05 p.m. The pledge and prayer were led by President Smith. Carrie Baltrusis read the minutes of the September meeting with no additions or corrections. Minutes accepted as read.

Officers Jennifer Lich and Jason Deary presented the neighborhood crime report:

• On Sept. 26, 5 car burglaries were reported between 8pm – 7am. The cars were left unlocked. The items stolen included loose change, a lap top, iPod, etc.

Secretary Pat Cunningham read the minutes of the August 28, 2007 meeting with no additions or corrections. Minutes accepted as read. Minutes of the Special Called traffic meeting on
September 05, 2007 were read and accepted as read.

Treasurer Dean Bolvin gave financial report with balance in checking account $ 287.58.

Dues to be increased from $10.00 to $15.00 starting in 2008.

The Neighborhood Traffic Plan will be put to a vote.
